Tribes

In Junior High School I studied about the tribes in Hokkaido who are called the Emishi. The Emishi is the tribe that lives in Hokkaido and fishes fish and make crops for a living. The Emishi doesnt get along with the peoples in the middle parts of Japan.I think that they dont try to get along with them because they have a very strong identity as an Emishi and they feel like their identity will be taken away by them.I think that it is a very sad thing because of the way they think they might be missing out on fun stuff outside of their world.
