Cross-cultural

I think that cross-cultural communication is very difficult.
In fact, there are many languages and people that I don't know. If I met the people, how could I communicate with them?

At the situation which I communicate with foreigner, I might not understand her/his 'common knowledge' in her/his country. It's difficult situation to communicate with them. When I went to Sydney in last spring vacation for three weeks, I had trouble to communicate with my hostfamily.

But recently, it is necessary to get along with other countries. So I think we need to try to communicate with foreigners.

I agree with you! In university, the relations with friends are shallower and wider than high school, isn't it?
But I don't like like this relationship.
Actually, I have a trouble with my friends. It's very difficult for me;(
I hope more deeper associations with my friends!!
