I hate my job

I'm just really sick of getting that "Oh you're so young what do you know?" attitude. I hate having to teach certain old business men, but the worst are the women in their mid 30s with a can-do attitude. My best friend who also works at the same place as I said I have a friendly approachable face so I need to have that "I ain't someone to mess with" aura. I guess shes right.
Has anyone else experienced mild discrimination like this where people judge you by your age and think they're too good to have a decent conversation with you? Anybody?
The most important thing when it comes to human-relations is to give people a second chance and NOT to be a stereotype. As for now, I hate people so I'm gonna go to the gym and workout.
But its ok, I'm going to a show after that. I'm gonna get super crazy.
I'm also going to get my hair super straightened so I'm very excited.
This week I got it colored.

I like trying out different salons once in a while but It's amazing how they ask the same questions. And give the same compliments to the point its obvious they don't mean it. This time I went to a salon that specialize in coloring called XXXY's. I've always wanted to go here. Theres one right by my house but I went to the one in Kawasaki because the manager there has a ferret as a pet. It took 3 hours to get the right color. And it cost 16,000 yen because I was dumb enough to forget to make a reservation using hotpepper.

I'm sure pollen and dust won't affect your skin but if you have hay fever or allergic to house dust you might want to go to an otolaryngologist (耳鼻科) or go to a near by drug store and look at some things because they have some nice new useful products these days. nevertheless we should always wear a mask when we're outside.
As for rough skin, you might want to go get some nice moisturizer. You have to use the moisturizing water first as soon as you get out of the shower. Then coat that with some milky lotion. Try changing your soap to something that's organic and doesn't contain any fragrance(香料) or methyparaben(防腐剤). A good website I use is Cosmetics Date Base [dot] com . Check the products you use and if the hazard level is high, that may be the problem if you have irritated skin. If you wear make-up, go for loose mineral make-up and not liquid makeup. It should let your skin breathe. Once again make up can ruin your skin. Check the link above and buy something safe. I believe a safe, easy to get mineral line in japan is Only Minerals or Mineral Hundred. My friend uses this and so have I, and it doesn't clog your pores. It doesn't have any talc in it (talc is a filler that clogs pores found in most cosmetics) so I highly recommend 100% natural mineral makeup.
