cross cultural communication

I think it is really difficult, not easy one.
Because we are from different countries, have different background, have various sense of value etc.. so there need to understarnd all of them to communicate without difficulties.
ofcourse I think language is one of problems.
We can do nonverbal communication but the time there need languages comes for sure.
When I talk with foreigners, I always feel impatient that I can't say what I want.
In addition, Im nervous to speak in other language especially English.
It makes me sad and down all the time ;(

It is easy to communicate with foreigners for us thesedays through the Internet.
I can keep in touch with my friends from other countries by email, net-community etc..
Also I do not need to care about the time different.
Why I'd like to be friends with foreigners is because I wanna know about them and tell about our culture and ourselves.
I think prejudice and stereotype will be away as we communicate indeed.
I'd love to expand my world view through this cross-cultural communication:)
