I've been on a diet for a while now.. But my weight loss honestly isn't getting any better. It hasn't moved from 67 kg. It keeps going from there, to 68, to 69, and back to 68. Do you guys have videos or Youtubers or any routines you have to keep yourself fit?
Sometimes it just suddenly lose around 2 kg, around the start of the year I lost 5 kg in a week. I sort of wish losing weight was easy like that time but right now I'm sort of in a slump.
