When I finished watching this film for
the first time, I couldn't understand what the animator try to tell us. It was
very difficult for me. I thought about it for a while. I think the lost
thing means something around us. I don't know what it is exactly, but something
we lost before we know it. Many many things are changed as we grow up. So it
may be some lost thing there. I think the animator tries to tell that thing to
us.

The Lost Thing
This short film story was created by Shaun
Tan. A man found a strange creature on the beach. The creature had no places to
go back, so the man took it to his home. And he decided to find its home. He
tried hard to find its home, but he couldn't easily. Finally he could find out
its real home. Then the creature went back home happily.
