About E-ciga

 Hi!  I'm so   sorry to be late.
Last week ,  I said. Now, I belong to the ESS club and do the discussion in this club.

In this term, our topic  is   "drug issue". Our policy is " What policy should Japanese  government adopt  concerning the drugs issue?".

I'm very interested in this topic, so I will talk about  my opinion.
Firstly,I think e-cigarette has a big risk to sell in Japan because young people can smoke the e-cigarette.
The more healthy cigarrete we invent,  the more young people want to use  as soon as  possible.

Secondly, Japanese government give a  tax for the cigarettes, but if we admit the e-cigarette, we should discuss whether we give it for e-cigarettes or not.

However it is sure  that e-cigarette has less harmful element for people who want  to smoke.
In my opinion, there are less infomation about e-cigarette, so we have to try it once and see what will be happen.
