Making waffles

Hi! I’m Azusa Sakurai.
I’ve wondered what to write on this blog for almost a week, but now I have one thing to write about.

Yesterday I got a little package with little holes from Sweden.

In the package, there was a recipe about how to make waffles, a message card, and waffle mix. I think it is because I said most Japanese don’t celebrate Easter.
In Sweden people eat waffles to celebrate! She remembered that story. I guess she felt sad not to celebrate Easter this year since I’m here in Japan. That was so kind of her.

But the thing is, because of the torn box of waffle mix, anything in that package was covered with white powder!! It seems that there is a little unused powder left in the box.
I may miss some powder to bake waffles, but I thank her a lot so I’d like to try hard to make it somehow!
