I live alone and I want to save money so I often cook my meals. I mostly cook a week worth of food on Monday mornings. Today I tried to cook gapao rice. While I was cooking it started to turn into a soap. I had this happen before when I was making そぼろ looking at the same app. This time I reduced the spices but it still happened. I tried to evaporate the extra soapy part but it wasn't going well so I finally used a colander. At the end it kinda turned into a 麻婆豆腐. But it still tasted good.
