I work at a Izakaya near my house. Yesterday was my 6th time. Now I can fry fish, meat, fried potatoes, fired squid and fried octopus which is basically all the fired recipes we have. I can also make a don. At first I couldn't even tell which was the right way to put the fish on the rice but now I think I know... Not really confident about that but when I show the store manager and he doesn't say anything it good to go. I also had to crack a quail egg in a special way. I have seen the store manager do it and I tried to do it but it accidentally squirted next to me, and almost kindda got on the store manager. It was very crowded and the only people working in the kitchen were me and the store manager so we didn't have time for this. I think I was really testing his patience at this point. But surprisingly he was very kind. I hope I was at least a little bit of a help.
