what if we went far away?
see that star beyond the clouds
what if we were there instead?
not a trace of life around
what if we could be happy?
wouldn’t that be nice?
our sadnesses are cured for good
no more lost goodbyes
let’s leave now, why don’t we?
what left is there to wait
leave this world and come with me
like this we’ll change our fate
what if we left everything?
the rain the pain the past
we’d be happy wouldn’t we?
life in peace at last.
