Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony

Good evening!

I joined Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at Aoyama campus last Friday. It was different from the Christmas events I have joined. In fact, I expected to be excited in such events. But there were holy atmosphere and I was relaxed by the hymn. I felt the Christianity. Recently Japanese enjoy the Christmas season as another culture. I think it is not bad, but we should learn the origin of the Christmas. I learned that Christmas is important ceremony which makes all people happy through this lighting event. I want Japanese to know it and think about the mean of the Christmas more deeply.
