Varmints

Today, I would like to write about the short animation, Varmints.
First of all, it’s clear that this film is a satire on urbanization. Mysterious creatures break into natural environment without consideration and destroyed it. As a result, they suffer from pollution caused by the lack of nature and too rapid industrialization. Then, the creatures that intruded into nature are, I think, symbol of human beings. At the second time of watching this film, I found that they never looked up into the sky in contrast to the main unnamed character. It is because why they didn’t notice the change of air and the suspicious white objects. I felt like that this film reflects not only the present but also our past mistake and future.

Honestly, I cannot understand what the ending means because I don’t know the white subjects. However, something are clear. One is that nature is necessary for all creatures. Second one is that nature is irreversible. In addition, I also think this describe human’s foolishness. We should take care each actions before we take.
