the meaning of circle in japan

In my last class, I was taught that the circle shows something "forever".
But I think there are many other meanings in Japan. When I consulted the dictionary, I saw an intereting meaning. It was that the circle means the connection or relationship between people and people. I agreed with this meaning very much especially in Japan. Many Japanese always think about how they are thought by other people. They care too much about other people. Although this character of Japanese made them hard to argue on something, this made the good connection or rrelationship that Japanese have. Not the relationship that people could connect with everyone. It's among family or friends or people near.
