literary terms

I apologize for not writing much on the blog. I’m writing about the literary terms of "The Look" we worked  two weeks ago.

Setting of the story is on one warm summer night at Third Avenue. Story is told by the omniscient. The conflict is person versus herself. She was so depressed and tried to jump off the bridge. The climax is when the young man hit a telephone pole. I think the symbol of the story is the sound BANG. It symbolizes two people’s feeling met together just like that. The most difficult on of all, the irony. I think when a woman was about to jump off the bridge, she met the man and stopped and smiled at him. And at last the them is nobody knows what will happen next until you live the life. In this case she was about to suicide but she met this handsome man who might had the feeling toward each other.
