Strange occurrence

Hi, this is Shinnosuke.
I'll write about a strange occurrence I experienced today.

Today is Wednesday, so I have classes only in the 1st and 2nd period, and it occurred in the 2nd period whose lecture I'm not so interested in.
Today, I forgot to wear my watch probably because I was in a hurry, although I wear it every day.
As I said, the 2nd period class isn't interesting, so during the class, I wanted to know what time it was, but I couldn't know it without my watch, and I didn't confirm it with my iPhone either.
Later, I felt as if the class had gone faster than usual.
It was lucky?
I think this suggests one important thing.
It is that even a tiny watch can be one of the distractions around us.
Maybe, I was able to concentrate on the class more than usual without caring for the time.
We may often look at our watch while having a conversation or taking a class, but it's not good, I found.
When I found that I had forgotten to wear my watch, I thought it was bad thing, but 4 or 5 hours later, I thought it might have been good, and I felt it strange.
This is why I have decided not to wear my watch for a while.
