The climax was when the main charactor helps the heroine get away from the police, and the police car gets into an accident.
One of the symbols is the wheel gear in the factory. People take part in the society, like a wheel gear in the factory.
The irony: the main charactor wants to go back to jail because it's easier living there, but the heroine wants to be free and wants a house. Then, the main charactor falls in love with her and wants to help her, but there are no jobs because of the Great Depression.
Theme: Always find the best in the environment you are in. Be kind, and kindness will return to you.
I really enjoyed watching this video. I'm planning on seeing Chaplin's movie that talks about Hitler in the World War 2.
