I think about the literary terms of "The Look". So, I'm going to write about them here.
Setting is one warm summer night and certain road in a silent mood. Point of View is Omniscient and conflict is the woman vs herself. Climax is that the young man had hit a telephone pole. I think bridge is symbol of her sorrow. Irony is that she decided to jump off the bridge but it was prevented by the young man's accident. I suppose theme of this story is that don't think about things negatively and don't give up things easily. In addition, I think this story tells us the importance of having a mind which tries to enjoy everything.
This is my thought of the seven literary terms of "The Look". It is difficult to think about them but I think analyzing the literary terms is important in reading books.
